J’ai cherché d’abord à développer mon univers, à la fois lié à la technique ancienne mais toujours en liberté et en mouvement et à chaque toile je tente de m’inscrire un peu plus dans ce chemin évolutif. Mes sujets sont toujours des humains, parce que c’est ce qui m’intéresse. Je cherche toujours mon propre étonnement; ma propre émotion face à ces naissances figuratives. Je cherche aussi la captation sensorielle du regard. Je puise dans mon imaginaire, sans modèle dans le réel, pour créer une peinture hors temps, hors lieu, souvent hors des contraintes physiques, Un pont entre l’extrêmement personnel et le collectif, une sorte de possibilité buissonnière.L’ensemble doit susciter une histoire, demander des aller-retours entre le détail et l’ensemble, forcer le regard et l’interrogation.

I learned painting nearly 25 years ago in a Parisian class. It was Classic Painting of the XV, XVI and XVII centuries. This was amazing to learn the old technics : imprimature, greyness, glaze… I started mostly to increase my vision. Then I stopped painting for quite a while and when I came back to painting, it was to develop my own work and identity. Then the thrill to paint grew so far I couldn’t stop. For less than 10 years now I paint for myself, with my oil technic. I sometimes like adding mix technic like touches of oil pastel. I started to exhibit my work, first opening my workshop And I recently had the chance to belong to 2023’s COMPARAISON’s painting exhibition in Jörg HERMLE’s group, then this September in ARTCITE, City Hall of Fontenay.
